Like fingers on one hand, human beings may not all be “equal” in terms of material possessions, skills learnt, opportunities exposed to, and even spiritual wealth. There’ll always be that rich, affluent man as opposed to the man who manages to go by with at least one meal a day. The Bible says, “There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land.” Deut 15:11(NIV)
Whatever our acquisitions and attained heights, may we not forget that one person that’ll need just a little help, some money to buys books, a bag of provisions, or even a word of encouragement.
We’re just channels of blessings. Whatever we might be,wherever we find ourselves, no matter what height we attain, we are what we are by the Grace of God; and there are various ways in which we can reach out to others aside material/perishable things… Impact made in the lives of individuals remains unforgotten and immensely appreciated even as years go by. This is true worship that God demands; it’s loving God so much that you love others just as much as you love yourself..
Be a channel of blessing today and always…
